Park Maintenance & Recreation Improvement District (PMRID) Oversight Committee
The Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (PMRID) was established in 2006. As part of the Assessment District’s formation requirements, a citizen’s Oversight Committee was created to review expenditures and make budget recommendations annually. The Committee is comprised of five members representing the communities of: Larchmont/Riviera East, Gold River, Rosemont, and Rancho Cordova (two representatives). Committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors for one and two-year staggered terms. Members are not compensated, and serve in an advisory capacity only. Meetings are open to the public and held semi-annually, or as needed.
