• Fees
  1. Folsom/Cordova and Sacramento City Unified School Districts will be subject to fees as per existing joint-use agreements.
  2. Youth leagues reserving Hagan Park and Ahlstrom Park baseball fields will be subject to a $50 processing fee per application per field. Charge for Mather Sports Center baseball field for Youth Leagues will be $40 per day. If morning use at Mather is done by 1:00 pm or afternoon use does not begin until 1:00 pm or later, half day rental rate will be $20.
  3. Clinics and camps will be charged a flat fee of $60 per field per day at hagan park, and $100 per day at Mather Sports Center. If morning use at Mather is done by 1:00 pm or afternoon use does not begin until 1:00 pm or later, half day rental rate will be $50.
  4. Youth tournaments will be charged $15 per hour at Mather and $10 per hour at all other locations.  $100 deposit required to hold dates.  Total fees due two days prior to tournament.  Fees and deposits must be paid in cash or equivalent.  Cancellation within one week of tournament date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
  5. Adult leagues and all others will be charges a flat fee of $40 per day at Glass Field,  $50 per day at Sullivan Field, $70 per day at Peterson Field, and $90 per day at Mather Sports Center. $100 deposit required to hold date(s).   Total fees due two days prior to tournament.  Fees and deposits must be paid in cash or equivalent.  Cancellation by renter within one week of tournament day will result in forfeiture of deposit.
  7. Hagan Park vehicle entry fees will be waived for volunteer coaches, managers, and snack bar workers of Youth Leagues when entering Hagan Park in conjunction with approved league activities. Other Youth League parents and players, Clinic and Camp participants, Adult league users, and all others are subject to established vehicle entrance policy.
  8. Bases may be available for rental of $20 per field per day. A refundable deposit of $100 per set will be forfeited if bases are lost or damaged.
