Buildings at the Cordova Community Center in Hagan Community Park may be reserved by groups and individuals. This location is ideal for wedding receptions, reunions, dances, private parties and other group activities. All buildings include central heat and air conditioning. Building 2
holds approximately 120 people using tables and chairs, and about 240 people using chairs only. A kitchenette is also included. The kitchenette contains no utensils. There are 100 folding chairs, 10 six foot rectangular tables and 3 round tables of 3 foot diameter. Also there is a coffee pot available for use free upon request. Rental fees range from $25/hour for civic and service organization meetings (no dancing or alcohol) to $50/hour for banquettes, parties, and weddings.

Building 3
is a small room with a capacity of 30-40 people maximum. There is a small sink, refrigerator and stove. This building is well lighted and ideal for small business meetings and workshops.. There are 24 folding chairs, 8 six foot rectangular tables. Rental fees are $30/hour for civic and service organization meetings (no dancing or alcohol).
