The Mather Sports Center softball complex is currently under construction. Construction should be completed sometime in Nvember 2008. The new complex will have three lighted fields, which will have a FieldTurf™ synthetic surface. Play will be available year-round. Tournaments will be a popular use of this facility. Call 362-1704 for information on how you can use the Sports Center for your tournament, for either softball or soccer. 24th Annual Haunted Hagan Halloween Event
Travel the Hagan Park train yard and meet the Classic Horror Monsters!
Marshmallow Roast & Ghost Storytelling. Petting Barn will be open
too!
Hagan Community Park
October 24, 25, 31 and November 1. 5:30-10:00pm
$6 -- Age 11 and under
$10 -- Age 12 and over
Halloween Night Only
The Halloween Party is presented by the American River Masonic Lodge at
the Cordova Community Center for Children 2 to 12 years of age. FREE
Activities include: Haunted House, Carnival Games, Child
identification, clowns and Pumpkin Carving Contest. Hot dogs, soda and
cookies will be available for 25¢ each.
