League registration packets are available beginning on the listed dates. Included in these packets are league rules, levels, nights of play, registration fees, player code of conduct, team/player waiver, and release of liability roster forms. The first 3 days of registration are for resident teams. To satisfy resident criteria, 60% of the players must be residents of the Cordova Recreation & Park District. Beginning the 4th day of registration any roster will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Waiting lists are generated when leagues fill. Companies, churches, and service clubs may qualify as resident if the institution is located in the District, and all roster players are employees or members of the institution. Lockers and showers are available for use at the Mather Sports Center, but not at the other locations. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted at any facility.

Mather Sports Center • Monday-Friday 6 am to 10 pm • Saturdays 9 am to 3:30 pm
