Event: 'Anger Management Begins, Online Class!'

This new online course is designed to provide an overview of the causes of anger, road rage and other frustrations, along with effective ways of dealing with multiple situations. You can work at your own pace in the privacy of your own home or office from materials at this site. During the course you will work through the four modules and complete several exercises, all designed to help you understand and effectively deal with your anger. Computer, e-mail and Internet access required for this online course.

Some of the things you will learn by taking this course:

* Eighteen techniques for effective anger management.
* Recognizing what your main sources of anger are.
* Managing your emotional state with several effective tools.
* Understanding and managing road rage.
* Turning demands into preferences.
* The health hazards associated with excess anger.
* Using humor to defuse rage.
