We are all pressed for time but still want to prepare healthy, delicious meals! In this 2 hour class you will learn to prepare two full delicious, nutritious, simple and healthy meals. Each meal will be completed, FROM START TO FINISH, in 30 minutes. Participants will enjoy the meals together as Chef Angel answers your culinary questions.
Chef Angel Balasing is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Join him for this fun and delicious experience!

Chicken Florentine with Fettucine, Spinach and Garlic Bread
Prawns with Sweet Chili Sauce, Steamed Rice, and Pea Sprout Salad
July 18 -
Salmon with Saffron Risotto and Sauteed Fresh Vegetables
Beef and Chicken Fajeta with Guacamole, Salsa Fresca, Sour Cream and Tortilla
